Apostle Larry M. Robinson is a native of King George County, Virginia, where he was also educated. He was licensed as a minister of the gospel at the age of 19 and trained under Pastor John W. Chapman at Little Ark Baptist Church in Dahlgren, Virginia. Apostle Robinson served 20 years in the US Army, retiring in 1997.
After retiring from the military, Apostle Robinson served as an associate minister at News Ferry Baptist Church in South Boston, Virginia, under Pastor T.R. Siddle, who ordained him in 1987. He later joined Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Petersburg, Virginia, where he served for 22 years in roles including Christian Education Director, Youth Pastor, Leadership Trainer, Church Administrator, and Assistant Pastor.
In 2021, Apostle Robinson celebrated his Jubilee, marking 50 years in the preaching ministry. On August 18, 2024, he announced his elevation to the Church Office of Apostle by Jesus Christ.
Apostle Robinson is married to Lady Shirley Hodge Robinson, and they have four children and nine grandchildren. His spiritual gifts include Shepherding, Teaching, and Administration.
