Pastor Robert Brooks III

Born in Macon, Georgia to the late Reverend & Mrs. Robert Brooks, Jr., Pastor Brooks lives in Fairfax Station, Virginia with his wife Janice of 39 years. They have three children: Faye McArthur (Husband Jahim) of Marietta, GA; Kyle Brooks (wife Ronesha) of Grovetown, GA; and Natalie Walker-Brooks of Fairfax, VA. He has four grandchildren: Bryce (16) and Nia (11) McArthur of Marietta, GA; Kyle II (21 months) and Robert IV (21 months) of Grovetown, GA.

Pastor Brooks accepted the Lord at a young age at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Warner Robins, GA, under the pastorate of Robert Brooks, Jr. He joined the Third Mount Zion Baptist Church in Woodford, Virginia in 2009 under Reverend Antonio Mason Baker Sr., where he served as the leader for the Men’s Ministry. He was licensed to preach in December 2014 and ordained in December 2017.

• Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Technology – Webster University, Saint Louis, MO
• Bachelor of Science in Music – Fort Valley State University (FVSU), Fort Valley, GA

Pastor Brooks is a retired U.S. Army Signal Corps Officer with tours of duty in Italy and Panama, earning numerous military honors, awards, and decorations.

• Past Bible Study teacher and writer for the Breath of Life (BOL) ministries
• Associate Minister at Third Mount Zion Baptist Church
• Minister of Music and Choir Director in various churches in Virginia, Georgia, Colorado, and Panama
